Destiny 2 – Weekly Reset July 11 2023

What’s up Guardians?  Here we are on Tuesday for another Destiny 2 weekly reset on July 11, 2023.  This is week 8 in the Season of the Deep.  With that being said, the reset as always comes new missions, challenges, dungeons for the week and more.  Let’s dive right into it.

The Weekly Nightfall this week is The Corrupted. and the weapon this week is the Hung Jury SR4 Scout Rifle.

The Hero modifiers are:

• You will face combatants with Solar, Arc and Void shields
• Unstoppable and Overload Champions
• Extra Shields
• Maximum Level of 1765
• Arc Threat – 25% increase to incoming Arc damage
• Empath – Enhanced radar.  Take increased damage from melee
• Overcharged Weapons – Kinetic weapons do increased damage when your subclass matches an active surge
• Void Surge – 25% damage increase to outgoing Void damage
• Arc Surge – 25% damage increase to outgoing Arc damage
• Overcharged Rocket Launcher – 25% increase to Rocket Launcher damage
• Galvanized – Combatants have more health and are more difficult to stun

The Legend modifiers are all of the above plus:

• Locked Loadout
• Extra Shields
• Maximum effective level of 1815
• Equipment locked

The Master modifiers are all of the above plus:

• Extra champions
• Maximum effective level of 1820
• Togetherness – Base health regen is reduced.  If near another player, health regen is increased

The Grandmaster modifiers are all of the above plus:

• Extinguish – If your fireteam falls in a restricted zone, everyone is returned to orbit
• Limited Revives
• Epitaph – Taken combatants generate blight geysers when defeated
• Chaff – Radar is disabled

The Pinnacle Reward is obtained once you reach 200,000 as a score (cumulative over your runs of the Nightfall).

Crucible this week is Supremacy, Mayhem and Rumble.  The Iron Banner is back this week and is Fortress.  Gambit has also refreshed for the week and has increased rank bonus this week.  Three of each will give you powerful gear.  Strikes are reset as well, complete five matches for your powerful drop.

The Vex Incursion Zone this week is Zephyr Concourse

The featured Raid this week is Garden of Salvation the weapon is Divinity Trace Rifle

The featured Dungeon this week is Spire of the Watcher which will grant Pinnacle gear.  The new dungeon Ghosts of the Deep will also grant Pinnacle gear.

Other Pinnacle Drops:

• Dares of Eternity completed with a score of 250,000.
  • Round 1 Vex
  • Round 2 Cabal
  • Round 3 Crota
• //node.ovrd.AVALAON// activity will grant a Pinnacle as well
• Weekly campaign mission with a score of 100,000

Seasonal Challenges

• Super Salvager – Defeat combatants with Super abilities (50) in Salvage activities
• Treasures from the Deep – Complete a Deep Dive activity with the highest tier reward bonus
• Commendable Diver – Give or receive commendations (6) in matchmade Deep Dive activities
• Pinnacle – Reach power level 1810 by earning pinnacle rewards
• Trial by Firing Squad – Win multiple rounds (20) in Trials of Osiris
• Broadside – Defeat targets (150) in Gambit with power weapons.  Bonus progress is granted for final blows with Linear Fusion Rifles and for defeating Guardians
• Implements of War – Defeat targets (150) with Auto Rifles, Hand Cannons, Scout Rifles, Glaives and Linear Fusion Rifles.  Bonus progress is granted for defeating Guardians
