Nash Carter NXT Tag Team Champion Released

Fightful is reporting that the WWE has released as of today Nash Carter.

According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, reports are coming out that the WWE has released Nash Carter real name Zachary Green.  Carter is one half of the tag team MSK along with Wes Lee.  The pair recently won the NXT Tag Team Titles for a second time this weekend at NXT Stand & Deliver in a match against Imperium and The Creed Brothers.

So far there has been no statement from the WWE on his release.  This comes on the heels of recent allegations against Green by his wife and fellow wrestler Kimber Lee of physical and mental abuse on social media.  Lee currently wrestlers for Impact and the pair were married in 2020.  Lee had previously wrestled in NXT as Abbey Laith.  Last night Kimber Lee posted a picture of Nash Carter with a Hitler mustache and doing a Nazi salute on her Twitter Account.

Carter previously worked in Impact under the name of Zachary Wentz.  MSK are two time champions and had won the 2021 Dusty Rhodes Tag Classic.
