WWE Covid-19 Cases – Names Revealed

News broke yesterday of multiple WWE Covid-19 cases from employees, wrestlers and staff being diagnosed.  We are now getting some names to go along with that report.  Renee Young, Kayla Braxton and Adam Pearce are the names we have seen so far.

Renee Young tweeted out last night “Man. What a few days.  My show gets cancelled and I get Covid.  Wear your masks and wash your hands.  Stay safe, everyone”

At the time of the report yesterday, we did not know the true number of how many were infected but the report stated at least three.  The Renee Young diagnosis has also impacted AEW as she is married to AEW Champion Jon Moxley.  Moxley was pulled from Dynamite and Tony Khan released a statement saying that: “Recently Jon Moxley had contact with someone who had contact with someone who has COVID-19.  Mox did the right thing & warned us.  Doc asked him to stay home & get tested to protect us here at our test site.”  Moxley is scheduled to defend the AEW Word Title against Brian Cage at Fyter Fest which will air on TNT July 1st and 8th.  Renee was on this past Friday’s SmackDown on Fox where she was the host for AJ Styles championship presentation and had an interview with Jeff Hardy.

Kayla Braxton sent out a tweet this morning letting people know that she has contracted COVID for the second time.  In her tweet Braxton says: “Was keeping it quiet but since everyone else is sharing, I feel like it is my responsibility to share this PSA: YOU CAN GET COVID-19 MORE THAN ONCE!  I had it back in early March and then I thought I was invincible after I recovered.  Not true.  Dont be dumb like me.”

While confirming she has had COVID-19 more than once, Kayla Braxton did not confirm if she was the WWE employee who tested positive shortly after WrestleMania this year.  Also Adam Pearce, former wrestler, trainer and now a backstage producer for WWE sent out a tweet saying that Covid was not on his birthday list.
