Atari Launches Replica Classic PCBs

Atari has been kicking ass lately with their releases.  They have had the recharged line of games, a new Atari 2600 game and more going on.  Atari has just announced a new partnership with Retro Arcade, who specialize in arcade restoration and recreation.  Together, they have are launching a line of Atari replica PCB (printed circuit board) collectibles.  The PCBs emulate the original designs and are now available for purchase online at a price of $245 USD.  You can check them out by clicking here.

Currently the replicas available for purchase are Lunar Lander, Warlords Revision D, Major Havoc Revision D, Gravitar Revision C and Black Widow Revision A.  These are “high-fidelity” recreations based on the iconic arcade cabinets.  Each of the collectible boards weighs a little over a pound and features a full-color print of the original arcade marquee against a backdrop of matte green and yellow silk.  Each board is serialized and affixed with officially licensed Atari stickers.  The front of the boards also includes a brief overview of the game’s history, the individuals behind the creation and instructions for gameplay.
