In a post on their website, Epic Games states that with Chapter 2 Season 7 (V17.00) there will be upgraded visuals.  When running “Epic” graphics settings on a PC that meets the system requirements, you will receive enhanced effects, improved postprocessing features and shadow quality.  The Epic preset for Battle Royale and Creative mode will have improved storm and cloud effects and enhanced simulations for smoke and liquid.  Epic states that will will allow for “cooler-looking explosion, fire and Slurp effects!”.  Epic also states the changes will include improved postprocessing features for bloom and lens flares as well as improved shadow quality.

These improvements will require higher specs from your PC.  High settings will become the equivalent of the prior Epic settings.  Low and medium settings will remain the same.   So what are the new requirements?
