E3 2021 Show Details and Schedule

Last year with everything going on in the world, E3 was cancelled.  It is 2021 people are attending sports events again, wrestling has fans and E3 is back on!  We are going to take a look at the E3 2021 show details and schedule here.

First a little back story, E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) is a video game industry event put on by the Entertainment Software Association (ESA).  The E3 event is held annually (exclude 2020) at the Los Angeles Convention Center (also used in a ton of movie and tv shows such as Westworld, Silicon Valley and who can forget Rush Hour.  It will also play a role in the 2028 Summer Olympics) in June.  This year it will be a virtual online only event.  E3 has had some pretty great reveals/announcements in its history.  Here are a few of those in no particular order:

  • Metal Gear Solid 2 in 2000
  • Halo 2
  • The Nintendo Wii reveal in 2006
  • Grand Theft Auto 4 for Xbox 360
  • Keanu Reeves in Cyberpunk 2077 (let’s not look at how the game is now for this one)
  • Sony introduces the PS4 on the heels of Microsoft bumbling the Xbox One reveal

This year we are back with a 4 day show with some potential for some massive reveals.  We will be getting presentations from Ubisoft, Xbox & Bethesda, SQUARE ENIX, Warner Bros. Games and Nintendo Direct.  The show will be free online for everyone to watch, you can register by clicking here to check it out.  We will also be covering the event so stay tuned to Culture Splat for information from the show.  Lets get to the E3 2021 show details and schedule (all times are pacific):
