The time is upon us for a new season in Fortnite. Last season I was pumped to get the Optimus Prime skin and played a ton of Fortnite. My cousins and I actually finished off last season yesterday with back to back Victory Royales in no build Trios. Today marks the start of Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4. The new season brings with it a ton of new items such as weapons, skins, places and of course the battle pass. We are going to get into it all right here but first the trailer:
When does Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4 begin?
The new season of Fortnite has started today. Make sure to log on to your console or update the game in the Epic Games Launcher and get cracking with the battle pass.
New Map
The map for this season feature three new locations, Sanguine Suites, Eclipsed Estate and Relentless Retreat. Sanguine Suites is where Lonely Labs was located, Eclipsed Estate is where the Citadel was located last season. These locations are strongly defended complete with cameras, laser grids and guards. Kado Thorne has also taken over Rumble Ruins, the Slap Juice Factory and a tower within MEGA City. These locations will have some added difficulty for you. Personal favorite location Kenjutsu Crossing is still in the game!
Across the map, there will also be Forecast Towers which will be guarded, but defeating the head guard will drop a keycard where you or you and your team can download storm info and gain knowledge of future storm circles!
