It is time to hit 88mph with this Back to the Future 1:10 scale DeLorean from TOMY. The officially licensed and authorized DeLorean has been faithfully recreated by the team over at TOMY measuring in at 17 inches long, 5.5″ tall (7.35″ with the doors open) with die-cast metal parts. The Back to the Future DeLorean features interior and exterior functional lights and smoke that emits from the rear fins. The car features opening gullwing doors, rolling wheels, a detailed interior featuring the flux capacitor and the LED lights.
The Back to the Future DeLorean is available for backing on kickstarter. You can check that out by clicking here. There is an Ultimate Early Bird tier for backing that is for $329 (70 dollars off) for the replica itself. You can do add-ons for this with an Einstein 3″ figure for an additional $15. There is also the combo for the same price of $344 for the DeLorean and Einstein. The kickstarter has reached over $910,000 already so this has unlocked a tier of the Lightening Hook being unlock and included in all pre-orders. If it gets to 1.4 million in backing, it will also include Flame Tracks.
The kickstarter campaign will end on August 10th, so there is still time to get your backing in if you choose to do so. The DeLorean is scheduled to ship in October 2024.
