Hello Guardians! It is Friday today and our favorite Agent of the Nine is back peddling his wares on us. Let’s see what our buddy has for us to prep for the new season! This is Xur’s location for May 19 through 23 and what he is selling.
Xur’s location for May 19 through 23, he can be found at the Winding Cove in the EDZ once again.
Xur’s Exotic Items
This week Xur has as usual an Exotic Engram which will cost 97 Legendary Shards, this will contain a new exotic if any have not been uncovered yet by you. The weapon this week is the Prometheus Lens Trace Rifle and will cost you 29 Legendary Shards. The perks are Prismatic Inferno, Chambered Compensator, Projection Fuse, Flame Refraction and Composite Stock.
For Hunters, he has The Dragon’s Shadow Chest Armor for 23 Legendary Shards. These have Wraithmetal Mail – Dodging reloads all weapons and increases both movement and weapon handling speeds for a brief time.
For Titans, he has the Mk. 44 Stand Asides Leg Armor. These have Seriously, Watch Out – Grants an overshield when you’re sprinting at full health with Seismic Strike, Hammer Strike or Shield Bash equipped and charged. Hits with these abilities recharge a portion of your melee energy.
For Warlocks, Xur has Felwinter’s Helm Helmet. This has Warlord’s End – Powered melee final blows create a burst of energy that weakens nearby targets. Finishers and final blows against more powerful targets increase the radius of the burst and the length of the weakening effect.
Xur also has the Hawkmoon and the Dead Man’s Tale. These will both cost you 200 Legendary Shards, 125,000 in Glimmer, 1 Ascendant Shard and 1 Exotic Cipher. The Hawkmoon has Paracausal Shot, Corkscrew Rifling, Alloy Magazine, Killing Wind and Textured Grip. The Dead Man’s Tale has Cranial Spike, Fluted Barrel, Armor-Piercing Rounds, Moving Target and Short-Action Stock.
Xur also offers Xenology, which allows you to earn an Exotic Cipher by completing Vanguard playlist activities or win matches in Crucible or Gambit. Note you can only hold one of these at a time.
Legendary Armor
This week Xur is offering the Sovereign armor for Guardians.
For Hunters:
- The Sovereign Chest has a total stat of 61 with 2 Mobility, 7 Resilience, 21 Recovery, 6 Discipline, 10 Intellect and 15 strength.
- The Sovereign Helmet has a total stat of 60 with 6 Mobility, 9 Resilience, 17 Recovery, 12 Discipline, 7 Intellect and 9 Strength
- Sovereign Leg Armor has a total start of 63 with 24 Mobility, 2 Resilience, 6 Recovery, 10 Discipline, 8 Intellect and 13 Strength
For Titans:
- Sovereign Gauntlets have a total stat of 63 with 17 Mobility, 7 Resilience, 7 Recovery, 9 Discipline, 2 Intellect and 21 Strength
- Sovereign Greaves have a total stat of 60 with 9 Mobility, 13 Resilience, 7 Recovery, 14 Discipline, 2 Intellect and 15 Strength
For Warlocks:
- Sovereign Gloves have a total stat of 63 with 15 Mobility, 6 Resilience, 10 Recovery, 2 Discipline, 15 Intellect and 14 Strength
- Sovereign Robes have a total stat of 63 with 10 Mobility, 20 Resilience, 2 Recovery, 20 Discipline, 9 Intellect and 2 Strength
- Sovereign Hood have a total stat of 64 with 12 Mobility, 14 Resilience, 6 Recovery, 15 Discipline, 9 Intellect and 8 Strength
Each of these armor pieces will cost you 50 Legendary Shards and 1000 Glimmer.
Legendary Weapons

- Vulpecula Hand Cannon – Precision Frame, Chambered Compensator, Alloy Magazine, Encore and Harmony
- Enigma’s Draw Sidearm – Precision Frame, Shortpect SAS, High-Caliber Rounds, Zen Moment and Elemental Capacitor
- Thoughtless Sniper Rifle – Adaptive Frame, Fluted Barrel, Tactical Mag, Perpetual Motion, Snapshot Sights and Land Tank
- Judgment of Kelgorath Glaive – Aggressive Glaive, Low-Impedance Windings, Alloy Magazine, Demolitionist, Surrounded and Ambush
- Brigand’s Law Sidearm – Rapid-Fire Frame, Arrowhead Brake, Accurized Rounds, Threat Detector, Sympathetic Arsenal and Right Hook
- Shattered Cipher Machine Gun – Rapid-Fire Frame, Chambered Compensator, Accurized Rounds, Heating Up and Adrenaline Junkie
- Lonesome Sidearm – Precision Frame, Fluted Barrel, Alloy Magazine, Zen moment and Slideshot
